So far we have been able to review the use of two out of three Microsoft Office programs. We used Word to create a few documents, Powerpoint to create a presentation, and now we will use Excel to create some spreadsheets.
Microsoft excel is a program that is all about information. If you know how to use it, it can enable you to crunch numbers, create charts and graphs, or even keep track of budgets and survey results. It can be used very creatively to do may things.
However, before we use it, we are going to begin working on a new EVERFI curriculum called Vault. My goal for our use of spreadsheets this year is to complete a simulation of a real home budget. But before we talk about home budgets, it's important for you to really understand MONEY!
